Q1. I just ordered, when will I receive my package?

Packages may take 7 – 14 days business days to prepare for shipping.  Any pre-order will be ship within 7 – 14 days business days from the released date. For item out of stock, re-stocking will usually take 21 business working days,
Once you’re package has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. The tracking information provided will be the most updated source on the status of your package.Packages may take 4 – 6 weeks to arrive.
Although most packages arrive much earlier than this time frame, there are times the packages will take a bit longer than expected.You can track your package after shipment confirmation here: Track Package

Q2. I received the wrong item/item size or my package was missing an item, what should I do?

We try to be error free, but mistakes happen! Email us here and we’ll take it from there.

Q1. Do you ship to my country?

We ship to more than 60 countries globally such as Asia, North America, South America, Australia, Europe, and Africa countries. You can check the shipping country by Zone here

Q2. Which shipping and delivery option is suitable for me?

We offer 3 types of shipping methods in general (1) EMS (International Express Mail), (2) International Parcel Service (for parcel above 2 kg) and  (3) Registered Small Packet. Shipping charge is based on weight and size of each item. You can always email us here for special handling on shipping.

Q3. How much shipping cost would it be to my country?

We offer flat rate shipping cost by Zone and it can be varied according to number of  items, weight, carrier and shipping method. You can see your shipping cost when you place an order.

Q1. How do I make my payment for the purchase?

We currently on offer payment via Paypal as PayPal is the faster, safer way to send money, make an online payment, receive money or set up a merchant account. Our paypal address is kstargoods@yahoo.com

Q2. Do you have any other payment option?

You may also transfer money to us through local bank transfer. Please email us here and we’ll take it from there.
